Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to anyone approved into the LiquixTrades Affiliate Program. Applying does not guarantee approval — every application is reviewed individually.

Commission

• Your commission rate is set when you're approved (default 20%, though this can vary) and is shown in your affiliate dashboard.
• Commission is earned on every payment your referrals make while subscribed — including renewals, not just their first payment.
• Commission is never earned on clicks, signups, or free-plan usage — only on confirmed, successfully captured payments.
• Rate changes only apply going forward; they never retroactively change commission already earned.

Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link for 30 days from the visitor's first click.
• Attribution is first-touch and permanent: once someone is credited to you, that stays fixed even if they click a different affiliate's link later.
• Self-referrals (using your own link to sign up or pay yourself) are not eligible for commission.

Holding period and payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment before it's eligible for approval, to account for the refund window.
• Payouts are currently processed manually via UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Wise. There is no fixed payout schedule yet — we'll communicate cadence directly.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is automatically reversed, unless it has already been paid out to you.

Program changes and termination

We may pause, suspend, or terminate an affiliate's participation (e.g. for fraudulent activity or terms violations), and may update these program terms as it evolves. We'll do our best to communicate material changes directly.
