You can request full deletion of your account at any time. Once confirmed, your account, trade journal entries, and profile data are deleted right away — this is not a "soft delete" that just hides your account.
Email liquixtrades@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion promptly.
Payment transaction records may be retained even after account deletion, where required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance purposes. This is standard practice for any platform processing real payments, and this data is retained solely for that purpose — not for continued use of the product.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you'd like a copy of your trade history first, please mention this when you request deletion and we'll do our best to help.
